Meet our Students, Class Supervisor and Teacher for the 2014 Gardening Class which will run for 32 weeks on the grounds at Haiti Communitere at our Project HOPE Art Center. They will learn to care for rabbits, tilapia in our aquaponics pond and the basics of composting and heirloom seed saving!
The goal of the class is to teach fundamentals of gardening to 14 students and two class Supervisors so they may return to their neighborhoods and spread knowledge about urban agronomy. We want to prepare each student to grow their own food at home.
